I run a web development shop called Rampage Consulting, which specializes in Ruby on Rails, IT strategy and other exciting things. Highlights from my portfolio and resume include Slots.com, American Express Publishing (Travel+Leisure), The Economist, multimedia delivery company iAmplify, and Fog Creek Software of bug-tracking Joel Spolsky fame. I have a Computer Science/Linguistics degree from New York University, and last but not least, I’m launching a new public education project called Birth of a Site (follow it on Twitter!)
I suppose I have to add something to make myself seem human. My passions include semantics and Natural Language Process—wait, that doesn’t work, does it? All right then. I adore cats and Cheburashka. I like long walks on the beach.
